Simply by going on to Page Management you can add as many pages as you wish. On the Pro version you also have two drop down menu features, you can add pages to the drop down menu by going to the Group Pages function.

To prevent your site from appearing cluttered - you can create pages and hide them from the main menu. These can then linked to from within other pages on your site. Example - click here
